Fancy a day in the park?
Younger and older, it’s impossible to point out a single group you’ll find in the neighborhood parks. This area is called home by many elderly couples, big families with toddlers and/or teenagers, and young adults starting to live on their own. This is a tight-knit community, the kind where everybody knows everybody, and neighborhood residents watch out for each other.

Outdoor cultural events …
We Oregonians love our green spaces for community events. You will often find local music coupled with fine food and drink here. We aren’t afraid of a little rain, for it keeps our state nice and green, and you will find us socializing during every season. But Oregon summers must get their rightful mention here, during the summer months Oregon explodes with events and outdoor enthusiasts alike. The summer buzz is truly contagious.

Local schools have great playgrounds too.
Considering the family-friendly character of this area, you’ll find plenty of schools nearby, most of them within walking distance. More possibilities are to be easily found in the near proximity, such as rose gardens, river walk parks and neighborhood public parks.
